Summary

Master Blueprint: Adversarial-GNN & Multi-Agent Wargaming (`CON-4464`). A source-qualified account of the method, capability boundaries and required evidence.

Evidence concerns
  • A preserved method or proposed capability is not a certified autonomous controller.
  • These documents retain their historical scope; no implementation or learning experiments were run for this website task.

Master Blueprint: Adversarial-GNN & Multi-Agent Wargaming (CON-4464)

This master blueprint is a consolidated multi-agent review detailing the conceptual architectures, game-theoretic formulations, mechanical ground-truth settlements, and potential benefits for all five security and learning scenarios mapped under CON-4464.

1. Scenario 1: GraFOSa Code-Graph Security & Modularity Protection

Conceptual Architecture

1. Source Ingestion & AST Parsing: Code mutations (PRs) are parsed using tree-sitter into Abstract Syntax Trees (ASTs). radon computes cyclomatic complexity delta.
2. Inter-Procedural Graph Construction: GraFOSa extracts the Control Flow Graph (CFG) and Data Flow Graph (DFG). CallSiteBinding maps actual arguments to formal callee parameters across function boundaries, creating a unified inter-procedural Code Property Graph (CPG).
3. GNN Observation Space Conversion: Nodes (File, Symbol, Parameter, Variable) and typed edges (CALLS, REACHES, DEFINES, AST, CallSiteBinding) are mapped into node feature matrices (X), adjacency matrices (A) or edge index lists (E), and relation-type indicators.
4. GNN Inference & Triage: The trained GNN model evaluates the graph for structural anomalies or perturbation attacks representing obfuscated security bypasses. Output feeds the cert-fabric validation engine as an advisory risk score.

GNN & Adversarial Formulation

hi(l+1)=σ(W0(l)hi(l)+∑r∈R∑j∈Nr(i)αij,r(l)Wr(l)hj(l))h_i^{(l+1)} = \sigma \left( W_0^{(l)} h_i^{(l)} + \sum_{r \in \mathcal{R}} \sum_{j \in \mathcal{N}_r(i)} \alpha_{ij,r}^{(l)} W_r^{(l)} h_j^{(l)} \right)
Where:
- $h_i^{(l)}$: Hidden state representation of node i at layer l.
- $W_r^{(l)}$: Relation-specific transformation matrix for relation r at layer l.
- $\mathcal{N}_r(i)$: Neighborhood of node i under relation type r.
- $\sigma$: Activation function (e.g. ELU or LeakyReLU).

αij,r(l)=exp⁡(LeakyReLU(ar(l)T[Wr(l)hi(l)∥Wr(l)hj(l)]))∑k∈Nr(i)exp⁡(LeakyReLU(ar(l)T[Wr(l)hi(l)∥Wr(l)hk(l)]))\alpha_{ij,r}^{(l)} = \frac{\exp \left( \text{LeakyReLU} \left( a_r^{(l)T} [W_r^{(l)} h_i^{(l)} \parallel W_r^{(l)} h_j^{(l)}] \right) \right)}{\sum_{k \in \mathcal{N}_r(i)} \exp \left( \text{LeakyReLU} \left( a_r^{(l)T} [W_r^{(l)} h_i^{(l)} \parallel W_r^{(l)} h_k^{(l)}] \right) \right)}

max⁡ΔL(f(A+Δ,X;θ),y)subject to∥Δ∥0≤B\max_{\Delta} \mathcal{L} \left( f(A + \Delta, X; \theta), y \right) \quad \text{subject to} \quad \|\Delta\|_0 \le B
- Blue Defense Mechanisms:
- Graph Purification via Feature Homophily Pruning (Prune eij if Cosine(xi,xj)<τ\text{Prune } e_{ij} \text{ if } \text{Cosine}(x_i, x_j) < \tau): Computes cosine similarity between node feature vectors. Prunes edges between semantically divergent nodes, stripping out anomalous links added by adversarial obfuscation.
- Robust Message Aggregation (hi(l+1)=TrimmedMean({W(l)hj(l):j∈N(i)},γ)h_i^{(l+1)} = \text{TrimmedMean} \left( \{ W^{(l)} h_j^{(l)} : j \in \mathcal{N}(i) \}, \gamma \right)): Replaces standard sum/mean aggregation with a trimmed mean or median, preventing high-leverage adversarial nodes from dominating the local neighborhood state.
- Min-Max Adversarial Training (min⁡θmax⁡∥Δ∥0≤BL(f(A+Δ,X;θ),y)\min_{\theta} \max_{\|\Delta\|_0 \le B} \mathcal{L} \left( f(A + \Delta, X; \theta), y \right)): Directly incorporates perturbed graphs generated by the Red Agent into the training loop, optimizing GNN parameters \theta to remain robust under structural noise.

3. Scenario 3: Smart Work-Router & Thompson Sampling Bandit Routing

Conceptual Architecture

2. Envelope Creation: The symposium service constructs a RoutingEnvelope with intent, complexity, and thinking budget signals.
3. Bandit Arm Selection: SymposiumBanditManager pulls Beta distribution posteriors (alpha, beta) from GraFOSa. If pulls >= 10 and stability checks pass, it uses Thompson Sampling to select the arm. If pulls are low, it runs epsilon-greedy exploration or calls the SmartRouter (fast, cheap LLM via the routing bridge, injecting historical outcomes and budget hints) to propose an arm.
4. Execution: The task runs under the selected mode (agent, team, pipeline) using the selected LLM backend via the llm-gateway.
5. Outcome Emission: Post-execution, the gateway and orchestrator write metrics to a raw telemetry event published to NATS.
6. Objective Scoring: The outcome-router computes the ObjectiveScoreV1 composition (cost, latency, quality, success, user feedback, consent compliance) and publishes it.
7. Posterior Update: SymposiumBanditManager consumes the NATS score event and atomically updates the Beta distributions in the GraFOSa OutcomeStore.
